How long will the first meeting take, and what is the cost?
The initial consultation will usually take about 30 – 45 minutes, and will be free of charge.
How does your fee structure work?
Our fees are dependent on the required service and complexity of the matter while taking in the particular needs and budget of the client. We are fully transparent when it comes to pricing.
What information do we need to complete your corporate year-end tax return
Depending on the client and who preformed the bookkeeping; most common documents requested:
- Last year’s income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger
- Loan statements (if applicable)
- Insurance policy(s)
- Any correspondence received from the Canada Revenue Agency
- A year-end bank reconciliation and bank statement
- GST/HST return
- If you do not use accounting software such as Quickbooks, Sage, Xero, etc. please send us a
summary of your income and expenses along with bank statements, cleared cheques and/or
credit card statements with related receipts, invoices and other related documentation.
